Introducing the Elimination Diet!!!
This all whole food plan is a great detox and amazing for those dealing with food sensitivities and for anyone in need of a good reset. It includes foods such as broccoli sprouts, pomegranate, and flaxseed which are excellent at supporting the liver and balancing hormones.
It starts by eliminating:
•soy
•corn
•gluten
•dairy
•nuts
•grains for the first two weeks.
Then it reintroduces nuts, gluten free grains, and dairy.
Gluten can be re-introduced after going through this detox if desired (though not necessary).
This meal plan includes dishes like:
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Chia Seed Pudding
Butternut Squash Soup
Steak and Salmon
Plus, prep tips and shopping lists!!!
Anti inflammatory meal plans have had the biggest impact for my clients and this one specifically is working wonders for people.
