What Is Made4More?

During my 18-year career as a labor and delivery nurse, I was blessed to watch woman after woman transform into a mama. It was an incredible transition to be a part of, but over the years I have also watched woman after woman, put herself on the back burner and forget who she was created to be. In the process of raising little humans, she put everyone’s needs, dream’s and health before her own. Made 4 More has evolved over the past six years from purely a health and nutrition program, into coaching women to find themselves again.
It focuses on personal growth and self-love.

Choosing Supplements

When choosing supplements the first thing to do is to build a solid foundation of nutrition through a well-balanced diet. That being said, I am a firm believer in supplementation. You are not what you eat – you are what you absorb.

Due to nutritionally bankrupt food, busy lifestyles, and stress, it is nearly impossible to get the micronutrients our bodies require to function optimally.

Supplementation fills nutritional gaps that if left unfilled lead to cravings, lack of energy, poor sleep, and the list goes on and on. When your body is fuelled properly, it works properly.

You can eat all the broccoli and kale in the world, but if you’re not moving your body or feeding your mind you aren’t going to get healthy. Healthy habits are what is going to transform your life from a temporary, quick fix to lifelong wellness.
